Crosstown Concerts presents a double bill featuring an evening of music by Tim Bowness [no-man] and his band Butterfly Mind and Bruce Soord & Jon Sykes [The Pineapple Thief].

Tim Bowness [no-man]
Tim Bowness is one half of the band No-Man, a long-running collaboration with Steven Wilson [Porcupine Tree]. Tim has also worked with Richard Barbieri [Japan], Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson, Peter Hammill, Judy Dyble [Fairport Convention] and many others.
His recent solo releases on InsideOutMusic/Sony and Kscope have entered the official UK Top 5 Rock and Progressive charts, as well as the Top 25 official Scottish charts. Since 2020 Tim has co-hosted the podcast The Album Years with Steven Wilson and also co-owns music company Burning Shed, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026.
Tim will be performing solo and no-man songs with his band Butterfly Mind, featuring Matt Stevens [Fierce & The Dead], John Jowitt [IQ], Andy Edwards [Robert Plant, IQ] and Rob Groucutt.

Bruce Soord & Jon Sykes [The Pineapple Thief]
As The Pineapple Thief’s principal songwriter and producer, Bruce Soord has guided the band through a series of acclaimed albums, including 2024’s chart-topping It Leads to This.
Creating a distinctive fusion of progressive and alternative rock, beyond his solo albums and work with TPT, Soord has established himself as a sought-after producer and mix engineer, lending his expertise to releases by the likes of TesseracT, Opeth, and Jethro Tull.
