A welcome return, ahead of the new album, Cut out and keep me, for the otherworldly experience that is David Devant and his Spirit Wife . Whilst never a static force Devant retain their unique energy and sense of surreallity that has marked them out from the norm since 1992 when the story began. As well as those from Cut out and keep me, expect classics from across the brilliant albums Work, Lovelife, Miscellaneous (from which, of course, comes the auburn anthem Ginger) Shiney on the Inside and Power Words for Better Living. As well as, other gems and oddities from The Vessel, Foz?, the Colonel and the Prof. Of course, it’s all done by kindness.

We are privileged to be joined, for a rare solo set, by Simon, from The Loves. And arrive early for the scintillating selections of the great Heidi Heelz.
