The Orchids formed in Glasgow in 1986 and released their music through the influential Sarah Records between 1988-1994. After years away the band reformed in 2007 and have subsequently released a series of astonishing melodic pop recordings culminating in a 30 year career overview box set on Cherry Red Records.
St. Christopher are mainly known for their 4 singles and mini LP released on Sarah Records between 1989-1991. The band actually started releasing music in 1984 and have worked with labels such as Bus Stop, Vinyl Japan, Elefant, Caff and had a 2014 box set called ‘Forevermore Starts Here’ out on Cherry Red Records. Still led by the band’s founder and main-man Glenn Melia, St. Christopher are playing their first London show in years.
Jetstream Pony are an indie pop group fronted by Beth Arzy (Trembling Blue Stars) and featuring Shaun Charman (The Popguns) and Kerry Boettcher (Turbocat).
